I just finally updated my site, after years and years of neglect [partially because it was stuck in Weebly, long story]. It will take a little while for me to integrate all the modeling photos, my resume, and other content, but the overhaul of switching from Weebly to WordPress, changing the PHP and htaccess, etc is finally done.

Loveisonlysleeping.com began in 2001 as a personal page for me. “Love Is Only Sleeping” is a favorite song of mine by Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, and in 2001 I felt it was the perfect name for a domain: over twenty years later, I still feel the same. Eventually the page went on to have a designated site for my “favorite band”, The Monkees–and years later, one of the Monkees (Micky) helped me start my modeling career by offering support and advice, sending me modeling books from Amazon, and funding my first professional photo shoot I needed to build a portfolio to use to get paid modeling work. So it’s come full circle.
